Never one to let the weather hold us back, AWT started the day out with a 35 mph northerly wind keeping everyone on their toes. Thankfully we were able to tuck the trailer behind a building, allowing the fires to stay lit. The men and women stationed a US Coast Guard Station Corpus Christi showed up hungry, and we were happy to feed them. Due to a recent fire, the conditions are not optimal for those station at the facility. We thank them for the great job they are doing watching our Southern border and look forward to coming back to christen the new facility, once it is completed.
